Many times I am asked how long have you been doing this ? My answer is always the same " my whole life ". Growing up in an ethnic greek household, I had been witness and reciepent to many old folk remedies and unknown to me at the time much energy healings given by my yaiya yaiya [great grand mother].

Raising my own family and moving to a rural area in Carver. We enjoy planting our gardens of vegatables and medicinal herbs.

Living a life incorporating wholeness, I found myself seeking for a way to express my thoughts and feeling about the simplicity of life and this came though massage and reiki.

Attending Dovestar Institute of Alternitive Healing on weekends from 2004 - 2007 allowed me the opportunity to re-member the great gifts within us all.
